Jeremy is an investment broker who focuses on institutional grade assets. He works closely with listed REITS, fund managers and high-net-worth investors to place capital that meets their property mandates. His clients benefit from his technical understanding, marketing knowledge and corporate experience.

Jeremy is well-versed in negotiation and deal structuring, having completed over $500 million of real estate transactions. His financial acumen and knowledge of offshore capital delivers results.

Jeremy joined Whillans in 2021 having worked as a broker and advisor for JLL Capital Markets. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and an ATCL Diploma with Distinction for Performance Speech and Drama.
